George Clinton THE; P Funk the Caesar Bros became backup band for a lot of artist in New Orleans. The Caesar Bros grew up in the 13ward a musical dynasty Where bands used to practice in sheds so this is what comes out of our music its New Orleans its cultural blending in the the MARDI GRAS INDIANS in show brings out the heritage of New Orleans the banging of drums the sounds of piano the voice of horns all rapped up in one big gumbo. New Orleans sons, Norman and Rickey Caesar, are products of a long musical legacy, the undisputed keepers of the uptown funk. They make it do what it do.
